Federal law limits the maximum fat content for ground beef to 30 percent, or 70 percent lean. This ground buffalo is so tough. Will not buy again. We’ll just have to pay more for the *other* competitor’s brand we love that never has tough meat. Branding is nice, but product is low quality.
