1. Engine starts normally, idling in a condition. 2. About 5…6 seconds after starting idling goes low until about 500 rpm for 1…2 seconds. 3. After that engine’s idle increases to its norm. This happens independently of outdoor temperature and always when described precondition exists.

Every diesel from January 2011 has a DPF and most from the years before that also do. Repeated short runs from cold starts, especially in winter, are bad for a DPF.
