It's time to get serious about this. Half-Life 2 (2004) had full native support for all monitor ratios and ultrawide screen resolutions. This has been supported for over 17 years already from both big-budget studios and even tiny, 3-person development teams over the last 2 decades.
With this collection, a modern gamer can realistically play each and every game in the series. Just like modern remasters of Final Fantasy VII to XII, the Pixel Remaster brings all the magic of the 8-bit and 16-bit originals. Each game comes with quality-of-life upgrades while staying faithful to the retro design of these masterpieces.
Simply put, the collection contains the remastered versions of Life is Strange and its prequel, Life is Strange: Before the Storm along with a bonus Episode. Better than the sum of its parts is one way to describe Life is Strange Remastered Collection. I have many thoughts on the game and never have I thought that they would be so conflicted.
Seems like anything fun associated with LIS1 is super rare. Physical editions, the soundtrack on vinyl, official tshirts. I was hoping the remaster would mean that we might get some stuff since the first run was so limited, but the way they're handling the promotion of the remaster so far, it doesn't look promising
