I did have it at 300% when it tried and failed a regen as we hit roadworks. No idea why it. should not have been warm enough to start a regen. If it gets to 300% you need to reset the values to zero. I got the engine hot and parked near. a dual carriageway. Reset the values and then drove off right away.
