Perfect North Slopes. Spartan is excited to be back at Perfect North Slopes! Just thirty minutes outside of Cincinnati, this ski resort will challenge racers with a nice mixture of hills, flat field running, and some water and mud to add that extra layer of difficulty. Expect this to be a fast, yet challenging Trifecta weekend.

Kneel on your right knee, with your left foot almost directly in front of your right knee. Tuck your arms to the sides of your torso. Push your hips forward. At the same time, bring your arms forward and up, stretching them over your head with your palms toward each other. Hold that for 2 seconds.

Last week, we went on our first long training run in preparation for our Spartan Race Beast. For today, we are increasing our mileage and increasing our strength exercises.
